Talon Gallery of Northland Pioneer College in Show Low Arizona

I had such a wonderful time visiting Northland Pioneer College in Show Low, Arizona this month! During my visit I was luck enough to install an exhibition, Accumulation, a series reflecting on the connections to people and routines. The exhibition includes a community collaborative piece, that will be installed in early November. If you are in the area, I hope you will stop by the campus for a ball of clay and consider participating!

For more information on the exhibition as well as my visiting artist demonstration, visit the Talon Gallery here.

Welcome 2021

Hello All,

It has been a busy and anything but normal kind of year for all. My year was no exception. During the fall, I added university teaching to my weekly schedule. I was very fortunate to work with some great students in clay and foundations! I am happy to report, I expect to do more teaching this spring!

Since staring my job over three years ago at the Kimball Art Center, I have not had much of a presence here. Wearing many hats at the art center, hiking (and travel!) and carving out studio time to make has kept me very busy. Some of my goals for 2021 include being more studio focused!

For now, I hope to keep you updated on my studio work here in Salt Lake City among teaching, hiking and getting to know my new cat! Looking forward to safe travel and seeing friends soon! Be safe and healthy!
